The DTF printing process starts with specialized software that commands the printer to begin printing the design.
The printer head mixes and pours ink from the ink tanks onto a double-matted sheet, ensuring precise and vibrant colors.
The process requires a minimum temperature of 25°C for optimal printing conditions.
After printing, the DTF PET film or roll is passed through an oven where adhesive gum is applied to the sheet. A revolving shaker then removes excess gumming.
The sheet enters the oven, where the temperature reaches 140°C, causing the adhesive to melt into a sticky layer that adheres firmly to the fabric.
Once out of the oven, the sheet is cooled by an air cannon, and the DTF stickers are ready to be transferred onto t-shirts, offering durability for 60-100 washes with proper care.
