DTF Heat Transfer Sticker Printing Process
- The DTF printing process starts with specialized software that commands the printer to begin printing the design.
- The printer head mixes and pours ink from the ink tanks onto a double-matted sheet, ensuring precise and vibrant colors.
- The process requires a minimum temperature of 25°C for optimal printing conditions.
- After printing, the DTF PET film or roll is passed through an oven where adhesive gum is applied to the sheet. A revolving shaker then removes excess gumming.
- The sheet enters the oven, where the temperature reaches 140°C, causing the adhesive to melt into a sticky layer that adheres firmly to the fabric.
- Once out of the oven, the sheet is cooled by an air cannon, and the DTF stickers are ready to be transferred onto t-shirts, offering durability for 60-100 washes with proper care.
